Ideally you will have extensive experience within the e-learning industry and be able to produce cutting edge training and the ability to adapt and evolve to the ever changing technological landscape. However, those who have not worked in e-learning before will also be considered for roles should they have similar skill sets.
  • Instructional Designer
  • You will have the ability to generate a rich learning experience for users. Working closely with our clients you will take key training points and project these into blended learning. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to demonstrate an outstanding team work focus. Transmitting ideas to a dedicated team of programmers and artists is vital to maintain the client vision.
  • Developer
  • Useful skillsets are: Flash, web technologies, app development, database design and programming, learning management system experience and rapid e-learning development tools. You will need to be a good team player as you will be working closely with designers and the creative team. You must enjoy thinking around problems and developing robust programming solutions.
  • Graphic Artist
  • An industry proven track record in a similar development environment is a basic minimum requirement. Graphic artist roles at RJA involve the creation of drawn and photographic images in a variety of styles. Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and flash skills are desirable.
